Redevelopment Agency Minutes

APRIL 1, 2003

A regular meeting of the Burbank Redevelopment Agency was held in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 275 East Olive Avenue, on the above date.  The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Mr. Laurell, Chairman.

 

CLOSED SESSION

Members Golonski, Murphy, Vander Borght and Laurell.

Absent ‑ ‑ ‑ ‑ -

Member Ramos.

Also Present ‑

Mr. Barlow, City Attorney; Ms. Alvord, City Manager; Mrs. Georgino, Community Development Director; and, Mrs. Campos, Secretary.

 

 

5:01 P.M.

Recess

The Agency recessed at this time to the City Hall Basement Lunch Room/Conference Room to hold a Closed Session on the following:

 

Conference with Real Property Negotiator:

Pursuant to Govt. Code �54956.8

Agency Negotiator:  Assistant Executive Director/Susan M. Georgino.

Property:  The site bounded by First Street, Magnolia Boulevard, Bonnywood Place and Orange Grove Avenue (Opportunity Site 6B).

Parties With Whom Agency is Negotiating:  Patrick V. Kendall.

Terms Under Negotiation:  Purchase of property.

 

 

6:30 P.M.

Adjournment

The regular meeting of the City Council was reconvened at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.  Since the Redevelopment Agency had no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
