Commissioner Laurell stated that, �this is the time and place for the joint public hearing of the Redevelopment Agency and the Council of the City of Burbank regarding the Burbank Village Walk project proposed by Olson Urban Housing LLC.  Staff has recommended that this matter be continued to February 11, 2003.  What is the Council�s pleasure?  Is there any discussion or a motion?�

Motion

It was moved by Ms. Murphy and seconded by Mr. Golonski that "the hearing be continued to February 11, 2003.�

The motion carried by the following vote:
