Recommendation:

1.     Introduction of proposed ordinance entitled:

        AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE BURBANK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE HERITAGE COMMISSION.

2.     Should the Council approve the amendment to the Commission�s composition, staff requests that the Council make appointments to fill the three vacancies from the following applicants.  The appointed individuals will be eligible to serve after the effective date of the ordinance.
