REPORT TO COUNCIL:

Staff was directed to: modify the letter to indicate that the alignment along Pass Avenue is unacceptable to the City since it will have significant impacts on a substantial residential population; and, prepare a comprehensive letter to be sent to the Los Angeles Mayor, Council Members, Supervisors and the Board of Public Works expressing the City�s opposition to the hybrid alignment and stating preference for the south alignment. Staff was directed to return with a report in three weeks, including a status report on the upcoming meetings with Los Angeles staff relative to the Los Angeles River alignment.
