Interim Fire Chief Pansini, introduced Fire Marshal Dave Starr, Fire
Fighter Kelly Chulick and Captain Jess Talamantes, who briefly described
the Fire Regional Occupational Program (ROP) and introduced the following
graduates: Scott Beck; Byron Becke; Joshua Betancourt; Freddy Boudier;
Chad Brewster; Joshua Collier; Glenn Cooper; Andrew Dunn; Daniel Martinez;
Steven Moss; Bradley Olmedo; Nick Payne; Fernando Perello; Roy Rodriguez;
Blaine Rush; Andrei Vasilj; Jonathan Van Wagener; Curtis Velasquez; and,
Adam Williams. Mayor Vander Borght assisted with the presentation of the
certificates. Chief Pansini presented a commendation to Captain Jess
Talamantes for his diligence as coordinator of the ROP since its
inception.
