PUBLIC QUESTIONS AND INPUT:
This meeting has been widely-publicized. In anticipation of a large turn-out, staff recommends the following process to ensure maximum public participation. To address the Council, the BLUE speaker card must be completed and presented to the City Clerk. Speakers will be limited to two minutes for initial comment, and one minute for follow-up.
