Downtown Restaurants

Applicant:  City of Burbank

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this report is to consider a proposed zone text amendment regarding the requirement for an Administrative Use Permit (AUP) for new restaurants in the Downtown area of Burbank.

 

Staff requests a two week continuance.  Staff proposes to renotice the item for the June 15, 2004 meeting date.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends that the City Council continue the item to the meeting of June 15, 2004.
