Council Request to Consider
Submission of Comments on the Canyon Hills Development to the City of Los
Angeles:
The Council directed that a letter be drafted
for the Mayor�s signature to the Los Angeles City Council and more
specifically to Council Member Wendy Gruehl with respect to this project,
requesting that they acknowledge the impact on the scenic vistas that this
project will have and its impact on Burbank residents who use the Verdugo
Mountains trails. The letter would also note the loss of the educational
opportunities for children due to the disturbance of the wild life in that
area.
