1.   A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK CERTIFYING THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (STATE CLEARINGHOUSE NO. 2002091134) FOR THE BURBANK HOME DEPOT PROJECT, MAKING FINDINGS FOR EACH ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECT OF THE PROJECT, AND ADOPTING A STATEMENT OF OVERRIDING CONSIDERATIONS AND A MITIGATION MONITORING PROGRAM.
