SUBJECT: Public Hearing for Zone Text Amendment No. 2001-11 Amendments to BMC �31-625.1 to �31-625.10 Regulations for Second Dwelling Units in the Single-family Residential Zone

Staff hereby requests the Public Hearing for this agenda item be continued to the next regular City Council meeting at 6:30 PM on April 1, 2003.

Notice was published in the Saturday March 15, 2003 edition of the Burbank Leader stating that the subject hearing would be held on March 25, 2003 (attached). Although a new Notice of Public Hearing is not required since the item is being continued to a date specific, nonetheless, a second notice is being published announcing the continued hearing in order to increase community awareness.
