Recommendation:
Staff recommends that the City
Council/Redevelopment Agency/ Housing Authority/Parking Authority/Youth
Endowment Services Fund Board conduct the public hearing on the Proposed
Fiscal Year 2003-04 Annual Budget, Citywide Fee Schedule, Transient
Parking Tax increase, and Appropriations Limit. Staff will incorporate
any City Council direction into the Budget resolutions that will be
presented to the Council on June 17, 2003 for final adoption. |
